We know that if you use SCP branded cables & components with best practice system design/installation… your system infrastructure will provide trouble free performance for many years to come. We feel so strongly about our networking product lines that we will provide a 25 Year Certified Connectivity System Warranty covering free replacement and labor for any SCP branded passive component that fails during the life of the warranty.

SCP HDBaseT Category Cables – First Cables Tested and Recommended by HDBaseT

Early in the development of HDBaseT, SCP worked directly with Valens and HDBaseT Alliance to establish cabling standards for HDBaseT installations. The SCP HNCPROPLUS+™ for Cat6 and HNCPRO™ for Cat5e were the first cables tested and “Recommended” by HDBaseT. SCP pioneered the HDBaseT Category Cable market segment.

Network Certified Connectivity System Warranty Overview

All eligible SCP components installed by Certified Installers using approved SCP HDBaseT Category Cables and SCP passive connecting components will be warranted for 25 Years from date of installation against defects in materials and workmanship. For the same period, these components are warranted to meet or exceed standards specifications from HDBaseT Alliance in effect at time of installation for a length of up to 90m for a permanent link and up to 100m for a channel configuration. Additionally, the Certified System shall meet or exceed the ANSI/TIA, ISO/IEC, and CENELEC standards in effect at time of installation for the installed components. If an installed SCP component fails during the warranty period, SCP through your local Authorized SCP Distributor will repair or replace the failed component, including labor, at no cost to the certified installer.
