These cables have the same high strand count oxygen free copper conductors as our other Pro Grade series cables but are gel filled for significant moisture protection and jacketed with a special material ideal for direct burial applications. Our Landscape/Direct Burial speaker cables are constructed with a high quality Linear Low-Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) jacket that provides high impact protection and superior puncture resistance while retaining flexibility and strength even in harsh environments. This is a true "direct burial" cable unlike other "so-called" direct burial cables that use inferior PVC based jacketing. .
