HDBaseT

HDBaseT™ is a connectivity standard for whole-home and commercial distribution of uncompressed HD multimedia content. The cornerstone of HDBaseT technology is 5Play™, a feature set that converges uncompressed full HD digital video, audio, 100BaseT Ethernet, power over cable and various control signals through a single Cat5e/6 cable up to 100m/328ft.

SCP has the first cables certified/recommended by HDBaseT Alliance.

SCP worked with HDBaseT.org in developing the first Category cable certification process for HDBaseT applications. SCP's HNCPRO™ for Cat5e and HNCPROPLUS+™ for Cat6 were the first LAN cables tested and certified by HDBaseT. SCP's HNCPRO and HNCPROPLUS+ cables ensure maximum performance of devices through HDBaseT. These cables are constructed to meet and exceed today's demanding HD distribution applications over UTP/STP Category cables.

Not all Cat5/6 cables are the same. For maximum performance use SCP's HNCPRO and HNCPROPLUS+ cables for your residential or commercial connectivity networks.
