Please DO NOT submit orders directly to SCP Europe Warehouse. All orders must be submitted FIRST to SCP International Sales Department in the USA for approval and authorization.

Order Processing
All SCP Europe orders are physically processed at our Moerdijk, NL warehouse. Initial order submission is made through the SCP International Department at our Florida, USA corporate office. All orders for SCP Europe processing are to be sent by email directly to your SCP account manager or to sales(at)scpcat5e.com

SCP will use best efforts to process your order as quickly as possible. Orders for accounts that have been approved for trade credit are authorized by SCP International Sales Department and usually approved for processing by SCP Europe warehouse the following business day. For accounts not approved for trade credit terms, orders must be prepaid in $USD by bank wire transfer. Thereafter upon receipt of payment, the order will be authorized for processing by SCP Europe warehouse.

Order Acknowledgement
All SCP Europe orders are confirmed before processing is authorized. Customers must submit their PO by email to their SCP account manager or sales(at)scpcat5e.com. Thereafter, SCP will send by return email our sales order (pro-forma invoice) for review and confirmation by our customer. Only upon customer confirmation and receipt of payment will the order be submitted to SCP Europe warehouse for processing. Any questions regarding final shipping weights, dimensions, pick-up instructions, and shipping confirmations will be handled directly by SCP Europe.
Orders that will not be picked up by customer's freight forwarder will have shipping charges added to the order total. Applicable shipping charges will be noted on the sales order at time of customer order confirmation.

VAT Tax Liability
For all orders processed at SCP Europe warehouse with a final destination in the EU are Intra-Community deliveries and the VAT liability is transferred to you. Customs clearance and delivery under fiscal representation by D.S.V. Solutions B.V., Tradeboulevard 4, 4761 RL Moerdijk, the Netherlands, in conformity with article 9, paragraph 2, sub b jo. Table II item a 6 Dutch Turnover Tax Act 1968.

SCP requires all EU customers to provide a valid VAT number prior to placing an order. This VAT number is subject to verification on each and every order. Purchaser shall provide on demand by SCP or its fiscal representative such information as may be needed to comply with Dutch VAT legislation. If SCP or its fiscal representative is made liable on any sales taxes for delivery of Purchaser's order to an EU member country, Purchaser shall be obligated to compensate SCP or its fiscal representative for the amount of value added tax plus any related costs incurred without consideration of guilt.

Pricing
Pricing is subject is change without notice. Please confirm current pricing at time order is submitted to SCP for processing. As a manufacturer SCP operates on lower margins than many of our competitors so we can provide you with the best quality and pricing on the market. Typically SCP will update pricing on a monthly basis. You can request a current price list from your SCP account manager. All prices are quoted in $USD and are F.O.B. SCP Moerdijk, NL.

Fraud
SCP reserves the right to refuse any order and may flag an order if fraud is suspected. Further, we will prosecute any fraudulent order to the fullest extent of the law.
